Leamington, ON. – Canadians are increasingly demanding high-quality fresh produce year-round, and Pure Flavor® has answered the call with recent investments in its Leamington, Ontario operations where the leading greenhouse produce brand started twenty years ago.

With a successful lineup of fresh conventional and organic greenhouse grown produce that includes everything from staple ingredients like Long English Cucumbers, Sweet Bell Peppers, and Tomatoes on-the-Vine, to snacking favorites like Cloud 9® Bite-Sized Fruity Tomatoes, Uno Bites™ Nano Cucumbers and Aurora Bites Mini Sweet Peppers, plus new products like Solara® Mini Melons, the brand has experienced a surge in growth, leading to strategic acquisitions and expansions to help meet demand.

The vertically integrated grower has significantly increased its operations in the past year, boasting the addition of a new state-of-the-art 40-acre greenhouse facility to its home farm. To further its growth, Pure Flavor® recently acquired DeTemporada Farms, a 25-acre bell pepper greenhouse in Merlin, ON, and Cervini Farms C5, which joins the brand’s Leamington operations to create a 350-acre flagship campus.

According to Jamie Moracci, President of Pure Flavor®, these strategic investments have enabled the grower to ramp up production to meet demand for their diverse range of high-quality, greenhouse-grown conventional and organic products.

“As we continue to grow and expand, our commitment to advanced technology and sustainable growing practices remains at the forefront of our business model,” said Moracci. “We are excited to invest in our Canadian operations to meet the growing demand for locally grown, high-quality greenhouse fruits & vegetables year-round.”

“As a company, we’ve come a long way since we started in Leamington twenty years ago, and we’re not slowing down anytime soon,” Moracci continued. “We’re excited to see where our continued growth and innovation takes us in the future, but we’ll always stay true to our roots here in Leamington.”

Indeed, Pure Flavor®‘s growth in the last two decades has been nothing short of remarkable. From a small operation growing just a few varieties of vegetables, the brand has become a major player in the industry with widespread brand recognition and a diverse lineup of the highest greenhouse fruits and vegetables.

“Consumers are becoming more and more discerning when it comes to the quality and variety of their produce, and Pure Flavor® is committed to meeting those demands. Our expanding product lineup allows us to offer unique and gourmet ingredients that enhance any meal or snack,” said Tiffany Sabelli, Director of Sales.

“With the state-of-the-art technology in our greenhouses, we’re able to provide consumers with fresh, flavorful produce year-round, grown right here in Leamington to help serve the Canadian market,” added Sabelli. “As we continue to grow, we remain dedicated to our roots and to our commitment to providing high-quality, locally grown produce to our customers, regardless of the season.”
