- 4 Pure Flavor® Tomatoes On-The-Vine, sliced
- 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 300 g goat cheese
- ½ roasted chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
