  • 1 red Pure Flavor® Sweet Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow Pure Flavor® Sweet Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 Pure Flavor® Mini Cucumbers, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 cups elbow pasta
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp black pepper


Step 1

Prepare pasta al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.

Step 2

Add carrots, peppers and cucumbers into the bowl.

Step 3

In a different bowl, mix mayonnaise, paprika, parsley, sugar and black pepper. Add mixture into main bowl and combine.

Step 4

Serve cold.
