  • Pure Flavor® long english cucumber
  • Your favorite cold cuts, or ready to eat meats
  • Garden vegetable cream cheese


Step 1

Lay out meat slices and spread with a thin layer of cream cheese.

Step 2

Cut meat slices approximately 4 inches long and 1 inch wide, gently roll up strips.

Step 3

Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. This will make the cream cheese firm so that it does not squeeze out when inserting the toothpicks.

Step 4

While the meat rolls are chilling, cut out 1/2 inch slices from the cucumber. Cut the slices into quarters to make small triangles.

Step 5

Remove meat rolls from refrigerator and begin assembling cucumbers and meat onto a toothpick or skewer. First add one cucumber triangle skin side first, then add the meat roll, and finally the second cucumber triangle, pointed end first. You will now have a cucumber "candy".

Step 6

Serve and enjoy!
