Ingredients
- 1 Pure Flavor® Solara® Mini Melon
- 8 oz coconut flavored Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- Raw sugar, optional for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds.
Step 2
Using a melon baller, scoop out 3 melon balls from each half and set aside.
Step 3
Scoop the yogurt into each melon half and top with the removed melon balls.
Step 4
Add the blueberries and chopped pistachios to bowls.
Step 5
Top with honey and a few flakes of raw sugar, if desired.
