  • 1 dry pint Pure Flavor® Juno® Bites Red Grape Tomatoes, whole
  • 6 thick slices of turkey bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 loaf sourdough bread sliced, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1 small lettuce head, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks


Step 1

Bring medium skillet to medium heat. Cook bacon on both sides until crispy. Remove, drain, and cool on a paper towel.

Step 2

In the same skillet add bread cubes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until toasted on all sides.

Step 3

Assemble starting with one tomato, two lettuce leaves, one piece of bacon and one bread cubed dipped in mayo.
