

Ingredients
- 4 Pure Flavor® Tomatoes-On-The -Vine, sliced
- 4 thick slices of bread, toasted
- 1 mozzarella ball, torn into large pieces
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- fresh basil, torn, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Toss tomatoes and garlic together with olive oil then transfer to a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Roast for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are lightly browned. Let cool.
Step 4
To assemble, place torn pieces of mozzarella on top of toast. Add warm tomatoes on top and gently press down.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately with basil. Enjoy!
