  • 12 oz Pure Flavor® Sweet Blooms® Strawberries, finely chopped
  • 12 oz frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed and drained
  • 2 apples, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp peach jam
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Cinnamon Tortilla Chips:
  • 10 flour tortillas, quartered
  • 6 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon


Step 1

In a large bowl, combine strawberries, apples, raspberries, kiwi, peach jam, and sugar. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Step 2

In a medium pot, heat oil to 375°F. Fry tortillas a few at a time until light golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

Step 3

Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and toss tortilla chips to coat.

Step 4

Serve with Strawberry Dessert Salsa with cinnamon tortilla chips.
