- 2 dry pints Pure Flavor® Cloud 9® Bite-Sized Fruity Tomatoes, halved
- 1 Pure Flavor® Long English Cucumber, diced
- 1-5 sprigs fresh basil, chopped
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 1 ½ cup kalamata olives, sliced
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
