Ingredients
- 2 cups Cherry Picked™ tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic*, minced (about 2 tsp)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil*
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- salt & pepper*, to taste
- 1 baguette (French or Italian), sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil* (for bread)

The Process
1 In a bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour; bring to room temp before serving.
2 Slice bread into 24 pieces; brush with olive oil and toast under broiler until lightly browned.
3 Top each slice with tomato mixture, garnish with extra basil, and serve immediately.
