Ryan
Ryan started harvesting tomatoes 25 years ago and joined Pure Flavor® five years ago, now leading its flagship facility, which has grown from 50 acres and 150 employees to 110 acres and nearly 600 employees. He leads by listening, fostering collaboration and celebrating his team’s accomplishments.
Karlee Clark
Karlee’s career at Pure Flavor® has taken her from the front desk in Accounting to Grower Pay and now Human Resources. The move brought her educational background together with her passion for working with people. Each role has given her a deeper understanding of the business and how its departments connect. Today, she supports employees across the organization while continuing to build her own skills. For Karlee, the opportunity to explore different paths has made her career especially rewarding.
Derrick Moody
For Derrick, the people are one of the best parts of working at Pure Flavor®. As Fleet Supervisor, he organizes his team and coordinates transfers and pickups between the company and its growers. Each day brings a different challenge, keeping the work varied and giving him new problems to solve. He values working alongside colleagues who each play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly. That combination of teamwork and daily challenges makes Pure Flavor® a place he enjoys coming to work.
