Ingredients
- 10 oz Organic RedRoyals® cherry tomatoes
- 10 oz cherry-sized bocconcini mozzarella balls
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil*
- 3–4 tsp dried Italian herbs*
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- balsamic glaze, optional, for garnish
- salt & pepper*, to taste

The Process
1 Form the Wreath Base: Arrange small skewers in a circle on a large round platter, creating the foundation of the wreath shape.
2 Place Tomatoes & Bocconcini: Slide Organic RedRoyals® cherry tomatoes and bocconcini onto the skewers, alternating red and white. Then tuck additional loose tomatoes and bocconcini between the skewers to fill gaps and make the wreath look full and festive.
3 Season: Drizzle olive oil over the wreath. Sprinkle dried Italian herbs, flaked sea salt, and ground pepper.
4 Add Basil: Scatter shredded fresh basil over the entire wreath for color and classic Caprese flavor.
5 Add Glaze: Place a small bowl of store-bought balsamic glaze in the center of the platter for dipping or drizzling.
6 Serve: Present immediately while everything is fresh, cool, and vibrant.
