Ingredients
- 2 Woka™ Cucumbers, sliced into half moons
- 3 Pure Flavor® Sweet Bell Peppers, cut into strips
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup baby corn
- 1 cup water chestnuts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- ¼ cup light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar*
- 1 tbsp canola oil* (or neutral cooking oil)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch*
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

The Process
1 Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat; add broccoli, baby corn, snow peas, water chestnuts, and peppers; sauté 4 minutes. Stir in cucumbers.
2 In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Pour over vegetables; cook 1 minute while stirring to coat.
3 Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions; serve hot.
