Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pure Flavor® Sweet Blooms® Strawberries, sliced
  • 3 cups spring mix
  • ½ cup quinoa, cooked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp red-wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Whisk the garlic, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Add spring mix and toss to coat.

Step 3

To serve, top with quinoa, strawberries and pumpkin seeds.
