Ingredients

  • 6 Pure Flavor® Solara® Mini Melons
  • 12 candy eyeballs
  • 2 Strawberry Jell-O® packs
  • 1 bag cheesecloth, cut into long strips
  • 4 cups water, divided
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Cut the top off each melon, leaving ¾ of the melons intact and scoop out the seeds. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh and cut into cubes. Set melon flesh and melon bowls aside.

Step 2

In a large pot bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add Jell-O ® packs and mix until dissolved.

Step 3

Remove from heat, add the remaining water, raspberries, & yogurt, and stir until combined. Place the pot in the fridge to chill until solidified.

Step 4

While the jelly is chilling, carve mummy faces on melon bowls as desired and wrap them with cheesecloth.

Step 5

Once the jelly is ready, scoop melon flesh into the melon heads and top with jelly decorate as desired.
