A fresh flatbread recipe can come in handy on a weeknight when your hungry family is ready to eat. In minutes, you can pop these in the oven for a quick app, late night snack, or family dinner. Jenan Zammar, a mother of three and recipe creator, shared with us this easy recipe for flatbread topped with colorful Sangria® Medley Tomatoes, pesto, goat cheese, and balsamic reduction – we’re so delighted to share it with you to enjoy with your family.

Ever have those nights when you have no idea what you’re going to make for dinner?  I know I do. Whenever I find myself having a hard time deciding on what to make for dinner, my go-to is this simple flatbread recipe.

I always keep a package of flatbread in the freezer for days when it’s around dinner time and I still haven’t figured out what I’m going to feed the family.  This is super quick to make and is on the table before the little ones start saying they’re hungry!

Who doesn’t love quick and easy meals, right? With just a few ingredients, including fresh Pure Flavor® Sangria® Medley Tomatoes, dinner is on the table in no time!

Like a lot of people, I love growing fruits and vegetables in the garden during the summer months, but when winter comes, it’s not always possible to have fresh garden picks. That’s why my go-to veggies are grown in a greenhouse year-round by Pure Flavor®.

My kids and I are very fond of their line of snacking tomatoes – especially these Sangria® Medley Tomatoes. They’re a colorful combination of cherry and grape tomatoes of all colors with amazing flavor and juicy crunch as if I just picked them off the vine.

These tomatoes are great in salads, pastas, snacks and, of course, flatbreads! Whether they’re cooked or enjoyed as a quick snack, they’re definitely a treat any time of day! My kids can eat these every day without complaints, so that’s a win-win for Mom!

Pure Flavor’s snacking lineup also includes some other fresh bite-sized treats like Aurora Bites Mini Sweet Peppers and their new Uno Bites™ Nano Cucumbers. Sometimes when I’m making dinner and I know everyone’s tummies are growling, I’ll put out a bowl of these fresh snacking veggies. My kids love eating them fresh or dipping them in hummus.

Since flatbreads are similar to pizza, my kids enjoy eating them for lunch and dinner.  Whenever we make pizza in our home, everyone enjoys making their own. It’s fun to get the kids involved and it creates special memories in the kitchen.

This flatbread recipe is no different. I like to put all the ingredients into bowls and the kids can be creative in how they arrange the toppings on their flatbread.  In the end, we always end up with a lot of happy faces – some even designed with tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms!

Of course, I always have an extra bowl of Pure Flavor® Sangria® tomatoes because the kids can’t get enough of them. Try snacking on just one – you can’t!

The beauty of making your own flatbreads is that you can cut them in small or big slices. Although I often make this recipe for dinner because it can be served as a meal on its own, it’s also the perfect appetizer for parties!

With the holidays approaching, you might be looking for some interesting new recipes to share with your family. This flatbread recipe makes for a great little snack to share as an app before a larger meal or while watching a favorite Christmas movie.

I always say that food tastes better when it looks good. Well, this recipe is a perfect example of bright and vibrant color that enhances the overall flavor.

With colorful medley tomatoes sliced on top with green pesto and a pop of white goat cheese, this flatbread not only looks amazing, it tastes incredible!

When serving them, it’s nice to see the pieces separated slightly on a wooden board, drizzled with a sweet balsamic glaze in a zigzag pattern. Trust me, everyone will be so impressed!

This flatbread recipe is packed with so much flavor that it can feel like you’re enjoying a delicious meal from a restaurant when, really, it takes no time to put together at home!  Whether you’re serving it as an appetizer or a weeknight meal, this flatbread will be recipe come back to all the time!
