Melon Mummy Heads-

Looking to cure your spooky sweet cravings without candy? Try making these adorable Melon Mummy Heads made with our Solara™ Mini Melons and a sweet jelly filling! They are the perfect personal-sized treat for the family on Halloween morning or a unique dessert to bring to a Halloween party. To make these mummy heads start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil and adding Jell-O® packs, mix until they are dissolved. Remove the Jell-O® from the heat, add more water, raspberries, Greek yogurt, & stir. To solidify the mixture, place the pot in the fridge to chill. While you’re waiting for the jelly to set, slice off the top of each mini melon, leaving 3/4 of the melons intact and scoop out the seeds. Let your imagination run wild and carve mummy faces into the melons. To complete the full mummy transformation, top with the set mixture, wrap them in cheesecloth strips, and add candy eyeballs. Everyone’s sweet tooth is sure to be satisfied with the sweet flavor of the Solara™ Mini Melons, and Jell-O® in every bite, they may not even miss the candy!
