- 3 Pure Flavor® Long English Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pepper to taste
In a large bowl, whisk sour cream, vinegar, sugar and pepper until blended.
Add cucumbers and onion; toss to coat.
For optimal flavor, refrigerate covered, for 4 hours.
