- 1 lb Pure Flavor® Mini Cucumbers, sliced
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Hot or regular honey, for topping
Directions
Step 1
Drizzle olive oil on the baguette slices, season with salt and pepper, then toast on a sheet pan under the broiler for about 3 minutes or until the edges are browned.Step 2
