- 1 Pure Flavor® Long English Cucumber, sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Chili flakes
- Sriracha sauce (optional)
Slice cucumber and chop green onion.
Mix salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil in a separate bowl.
Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Top with chili ﬂakes and sriracha sauce if desired.
