- ½ Pure Flavor® Long English Cucumber
- 4 cups honeydew melon, rind removed, flesh cut into 1” pieces, frozen
- 2.5 cups coconut water
- ⅓ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- 2 cups ice
Blend cucumber, honeydew melon, coconut water, mint, lime juice, salt and ice in a blender until smooth.
Divide among glasses and garnish with cucumber slices.
