Slice peppers into rings and chop up cilantro.
Warm hard taco in the oven as per package directions.
Coat shrimp with olive oil, sriracha sauce and mix in garlic. Heat pan on medium-high and put the shrimp into the hot pan. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping only once midway.
Assemble tacos by putting the shrimp in first, then squeeze fresh lemon on shrimp, and add extra sriracha if desired. Place mini peppers and cilantro inside on top of the shrimp and sriracha sauce.
