Ingredients

  • 5 Pure Flavor® Tomatoes On-The-Vine, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cups dry macaroni
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

In a Dutch oven, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is translucent.

Step 2

Add in the macaroni, milk, broth, spinach, & seasonings and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Cover with lid, reduce heat, and cook on low for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in cheese and serve.
