- 1 lb Pure Flavor® Chocolate Rose Brown Beefsteak Tomatoes, sliced
- 4 naan breads
- 7 oz mozzarella, torn
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp basil pesto
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, caramelized
- Oregano leaves, to garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spread breads with pesto and top each with cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and tomatoes.
Place into oven and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
To serve top with oregano and season with salt and pepper.
