Ingredients

  • 1 dry pint Pure Flavor® Cloud 9® Bite-Sized Fruity Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • ¼ cup black olives, chopped
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Blend chickpeas, tahini, salt, smoked paprika, garlic, water, and lemon juice until creamy.

Step 2

Scoop hummus into a bowl, and sprinkle tomatoes and olives to the edge of the dish.

Step 3

Pipe sour cream in the shape of a spider web and enjoy with your desired pita chips.
