- 14 oz Pure Flavor® Luna® Sweets Cocktail Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 lb prepared pizza dough
- 4 white mushrooms, sliced
- 200 g bocconcini
- ½ cup arugula
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- ½ tsp basil
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
Mix oil and spices in a small bowl and set aside.
Preheat oven to 400℉ and knead the dough by hand and form it into a round for bunny head and then two ears.
Brush the bunny with oil mixture and place tomatoes, mushrooms, and bocconcini on top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Garnish with arugula before serving.
