  • For the salad
  • 15 Pure Flavor® RedRoyals Cherry Tomatoes on-the-Vine, whole and halved
  • 6 cups baby kale mix
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup shelled pistachios
  • ¼ medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup edible flower mix
  • For the vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Step 1

Put all vinaigrette ingredients in a jar, seal, and shake to emulsify. Set aside.

Step 2

Pile the kale mix into a large salad bowl and toss with 1/3 cup of dressing.

Step 3

Arrange the red onion, blueberries, pistachios, and feta cheese on top of the greens. Scatter the edible flowers around the salad.

Step 4

Serve alongside the remaining vinaigrette.
